Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with JMB Health Care LLP at https://rainbowhealthyindia.org. We are committed to providing high-quality health care products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Replacement
A delivered product can be replaced only when it is damaged or incorrect. The request must be submitted from the order page within 72 hours of the recorded delivery time. A request at exactly 72 hours is accepted. A later request is not.
- Choose the product, quantity, reason, and a short description, and upload photographs of the item.
- The wellness hub reviews the request and can approve or reject it.
- An approved replacement is free. It does not create a cash refund or a wallet credit.
2. Cancellations
Wallet, online, and cash-on-delivery orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A doorstep order is dispatched when a delivery person is assigned or when it is marked delivered. A collect-from-hub order can be cancelled until it is marked delivered. Cash on delivery does not create a refund. A prepaid cancellation records a refund request and does not itself return the money. Paid Online Pay on Delivery orders are not refunded.
